EVERYTIME….EVERY CLASS!!!

WE ARE GOING TO FOCUS on making it WORTH YOUR TIME!!!!!!! AND continue to encourage each other after EVERY song!!!! WE are here & we will be HEARD, WE will make it worth OUR TIME!!!!!! OR we can just hit the floor & do my FAVORITE arm exercise in the WORLD…. push-ups!! YEP, you heard me right!! We will get down & do push-ups, squats & lunges……just as a simple reminder as to why YOU LOVE ZUMBA® FITNESS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!
REMEMBER remember REMEMBER ….. “YOU” are in control! For a more intense work-out: stronger arm movements, jump higher, squat lower, MOVE those hips & mean it when you twirl, shimm & ShAkE!

INTENSITY: Just getting started….GREAT! Lower your arms, replace jumping with marching or taps, careful with the squats (knees behind your toes), work on moving those hips & have FUN learning new ways to move!

FINDING IT HARD TO KEEP UP….read the above “INTENSITY” tips AGAIN! We are all at different fitness levels…challenge yourself & be patient. Pat yourself on the back for showing UP, don’t forget to have fun & remember after a fast routine, a breather follows.
